Ichiba is the Japanese word for market and you will be able to carry all your shopping or travelling needs in style with this ingenious, reversible traditional bag. This is possibly outr most popular bag pattern - like many traditional bags it starts with squares so you can remake in a range of different sizes (tips included in pattern).
Requirements:
- 3 fat quarters for the bag outer
- 3 fat quarters for the bag lining (or a piece 17" x 51"
- 7" x 4.5" iron-on batting (pellon or similar)
- Perle 8, Finca 8 or sashiko thread
