of the customer to inform Uemporia if an order does not arrive. Once we
learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries

Products can be returned if:
A. Uemporia has made an error in shipping the goods to you. Products
must be returned in original condition. It is your responsibility to

All returned products must be:
